As good as I'd dared to expect. It actually tastes like a tobacco, it delivers the acridity on your tongue that you'd expect from a cigarette, it looks like a real cigarette (so you don't feel like a dork) - complete with a very convincing lighting up (red) end that glows rather than just turning on or off. It even makes a noise like a real cigarette when you draw on it! Bit of a nack drawing on it - trick seems to be to draw slowly for about 2-4 seconds... then you get a good draw like on a real cigarette. Batteries great - last all day - refills last for about 12 cigarettes (not 20, which it says on the description for the refill cartridges). Can't recommend enough. Got my sense of smell back too.

5 stars - There are not nearly enough reviews on the web of this product, and I just bought the thing myself, so I wanted to correct that issue. I've only had this for three days. Bought it on Friday, and smoked it exclusively on Saturday and Sunday. Tried a normal cigarette this morning, and couldn't deal with it (smell and taste were horrible).
At first I was having issues with my NJOY. Most normal smokers probably will. This is because most smokers tend to take a wam bam thank you ma'am approach to smoking. Its inhale quick, inhale strong, exhale, next drag. Smoking an electronic cigarette like this however doesn't work. You have to give the atomizer time to work. Inhale slow and steady, and you'll get a good hefty punch of what you're looking for.
Once I got the trick down, I was extremely satisfied. You don't get a whole lot of flavor out of these. That is true; however, the benefits outweigh that small issue by far. The menthol barely has any mint to it. Apple had a bit stronger feel. Not sure about the others yet, but I'm ordering myself a case of vanilla to try out.
Remember, slow and steady. It's not a drag race.
