Radio presenter fired for referencing the e-cigarette

Absolute Radio’s Alan Lake was fired from his job as a radio presenter after apparently making repeated references to the e-cigarette and how he was trying to stop smoking with it.

Ofcom said it was in breach of the broadcasting code due to the frequency at which he mentioned the e-cigarette.

I wonder what is the maximum number of times you are allowed to mention a product on radio. 10? 13?
